This is one of the quotes I consistently offer to my young wise children. Another one of the life lessons that we are learning like the example of accepting and choosing not to invite in the fast paced incoming television channels of communication. Spending some time with computers for gathering and discerning information rather than the distraction of viewing random programming and video games. Guiding the family and following the path of inviting in imagination and creativity while realizing the meaning of and stating gratitude. This is where I am coming from.
I am gratefully living the daily life in Sedona with my Honored and Honorable Mother and two young children, Kai (7) and Fia (6, short for Sofia). Many lessons are learned here. One of the personal roles I experience as student/teacher include purposeful care taking in health maintenance of the body, mind and soul. Focus on the foundation of a healthy and well being began at home.
