 ey will guide us in learning drumming, songs, creating a medicine whee
 l and sweat lodge, which we will sweat in at the end of the evening wi
 th more drumming, ssinging before entering the new sweat lodge. Follow
 ing with the ever famous potluck feast. Everyone will participate in a
  potluck ceremonial feast and have the opportunity to stay on the land
  where we will sleep under the deep night sky of Sedona. The stars wil
 l be shining.\n\nSpiritual Teachings\nin the\nNative American Traditio
 n\n\nThe Buffalo Heart Project is managed and directed by Vernon Foste
