 ive to bring like-minded people together into community to participate
  on topics related to energy healing modalities and higher consciousne
 ss.\n\nThis month's Community Gift class is \"Intro to Journey Through
  the Chakras\" with Cathy Stander. We are more than our physical body 
 and our mind. We are a complex system of energy with the chakras being
  the main transformer stations. Our chakras are programmed from our li
 fe experiences and these programs affect what we attract into our life
  and how we respond. In this class you will be introduced to the 7 mai
 n chakras and we'll talk about the physical and psychological issues r
 elated to each. We'll also be doing\nsome experiential exercises to ge
 t you in touch with your energy system.\n\n\nCathy Stander is an Energ
 y Healing Therapist and a Licensed Massage Therapist with 15 years of 
 experience. She became interested in energy medicine through her own h
 ealing crisis with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Cathy is a graduate of Li
 onheart Institute of Transpersonal Energy Healing in the 480 hour Ener
 gy Healing Therapist program. Now a member of the faculty at Lionheart
  Institute and the Student Relations Liaison, Cathy also has a private
